The Tennessee Titans were previously called the Houston Oilers. The organization commenced play in 1960 as a charter member of the AFL. The Oilers won the 1st 2 AFL titles, before joining the NFL as a part of the AFL-NFL Merger. For 2 years, the team was called the Tennessee Oilers before swithching its name to the Titans in 1999. The best players to be selected by the Tennessee Titans are Steve McNair, Earl Campbell, and Eddie George.

No. 3: Eddie George, RB, (1996 - 2003)

The 14th overall pick of the 1996 NFL Draft was Eddie George. In his first year in the NFL, he earned the Rookie of the Year Award. He also made the Pro Bowl for 4 consecutive seasons (1997 - 2000). George helped lead the Titans to Super Bowl XXXIV, but they lost to the St. Louis Rams. He was just the second running back in NFL history to reach 10,000 rushing yards without missing a single start. Over the course of his career he ran for 10,441 rushing yards and 78 touchdowns at 3.6 yards per carry.

No. 2: Earl Campbell, RB, (1978 - 1984)

Earl Campbell was the No. 1 selection of the 1978 NFL Draft and in that same year he was selected both the Rookie of the Year and Offensive Player of the Year. The five-time Pro Bowler was a running back who mixed his speed with his strength to create a fatal weapon on the field. Earl Campbell's accolades are endless. He led the league in rushing for 3 years, was Offensive Player of the Year for 3 seasons and was named the NFL MVP three different times. In 1980, Campbell had 4 gtames where he rushed for 200+ yards, finishing with 1,934 yards that year. Teams put all their focus against Campbell, but they simply could not stop him, as he averaged more than 4.3 yards per carry for his career, gaining 9,407 rushing yards and scoring 74 rushing touchdowns.

No. 1: Steve McNair, QB, (1995 - 2005)

Steve "Air" McNair was the third overall selection of the 1995 NFL draft. As Tennessee's starting quarterback, he led the franchise to four playoff appearances, including one Super Bowl bid (1999). The three-time Pro Bowler is currently the Titans' all-time leader in passing yards. In his greatest year with Tennessee, he had 3,350 passing yards, 21 touchdowns and a QB rating of 90.2. He ended his career with 174 touchdowns, a 60.1 percent completion percentage, 31,304 passing yards and a QB rating of 82.8.

Steve McNair is simply the greatest quarterback to ever put on a Titans' uniform and is a primary reason for the Titans ' only Super Bowl appearance. The Washington Redskins were founded in 1932 and have went on to win 5 NFL championships, two before the AFL-NFL merger and 3 since the inauguration of the Super Bowl. The historical franchise has played in in five Super Bowls, and only 4 teams have topped that mark. Washington won Super Bowls XVII, XXII and XXVI, but were defeated in Super Bowl VII and XVIII. The greatest top 3 draft selections by the Washington Redskins are Darrell Green, Sammy Baugh and Art Monk.

No. 3: Art Monk, WR, (1980 - 1993)

Art Monk was drafted in the first round with the No. 18 pick in 1980. The Hall of Famer was a force right off the bat from his rookie season, setting a franchise record for receptions by a rookie with 58. In 1984, he set a NFL record with 104 receptions and went on to be the 1st Redskin to provide 3 consecutive 1,000-yard seasons. Monk played 14 seasons with Washington and was a member of 3 winning Super Bowl teams. He ended his career with 940 receptions, 12,721 yards and 68 touchdowns.

No. 2: Sammy Baugh, QB, (1937 - 1952)

Sammy Baugh was drafted in the 1937 NFL Draft as the sixth overall selection. The forward pass we are so use to seeing in the game today is claimed to be as a result of Sammy Baugh and he is thought of as a forefather of the passing game. In his time, the NFL was extremely run-dependent, but he modified that with his passing skill and it had a lasting result on the NFL. Baugh wasn't just an offensive threat, he also caught 31 interceptions in his career. In 1943, he led the NFL in passing, punt yards and interceptions. He finished his career with 187 passing touchdowns, 21,886 passing yards and a QB rating of 72.2. Baugh was elected the NFL Player of the Year in 1947 and 1948, earned seven All-Pro selections and 5 All-Star selections.

No. 1: Darrell Green, CB, (1983 - 2002)

Darrell Green was drafted in the 1st round of the 1983 NFL Draft with the 28th pick. He spent his whole 20 seasons in the NFL with Washington. He is among the best cornerbacks to play the game Green finished with seven Pro Bowl selections, four All-Pro selections and most vitally winning Super Bowl XXII and XXVI. Green's NFL records and franchise records are unbeatable. The Hall of Famer was a reliable football player and it seemed he couldn't do anything wrong. Green is legendary for his speed and is one of the swiftest players in NFL history. In his first season, he led the Redskins in solo tackles with 79. He completed his career with 1,159 tackles and 54 interceptions.

Darrell Green played his hardest for the Redskins organisation for 20 seasons and played at the same high level throughout his career. There are not many teams that can boast the returns of a drafted player the way in which the Redskins can with Darrell Green, and for that he's the greatest player drafted by the Washington Redskins. Once Cincinnati has chosen Kirkpatrick with their first pick in the 1st round, it appears like their next pick would be a difference maker on the offensive side of the ball. Cincinnati were fortunate inacquiring a top of the line wide receiverin A.J. Green, but could use some more help on the outside Wright didn't perform well at the combine, but he definitely has the skills to be a big time threat in the NFL. Wright could force defenses to keep a man over the top, permitting more room for the other receivers to work in the middle of the field. One more reason why Cincinnati will end up take Wright is that he would be a major upgrade in the return game.

22. Cleveland Browns: Jonathan Martin, OT, Stanford

Afterlanding wide out Justin Blackmon with their first pick in the draft, the Browns now have another shot at improving their offense. Quarterback Colt McCoy should be more protected than he was last season so that his potential can be absolutely achieved in Cleveland. The largest need for the Browns is to find a replacement at right tackle, and Stanford's Jonathan Martin definitely fits that bill. Martin is a dominant run blocker, but he still has some ways to go in pass protection. That makes him an ideal fit at right tackle early in his career and he will definitely be the player Cleveland targets at No. 22.

23. Detroit Lions: Mark Barron, S, Alabama

In order for the Lions to take that next step and contend for the NFC North title, they need to improve their secondary. They need help at both corner and safety. They could take a shot on North Alabama's Janoris Jenkins, but I believe that the organization has enough troubled players already on the roster. The best fit for Detroit is Alabama safety Mark Barron. The draft class is incredibly thin at safety, so the Lions must employ this pick if they would like to upgrade at safety. Barron has awesome instincts and he really packs a punch when he tackles. He would make opposing wideouts consider carefully about going across the middle and he would help incredibly against the run.

24. Pittsburgh Steelers: Dont'a Hightower, ILB, Alabama

The Pittsburgh Steelers could definitely go a number of ways with this selection. Pittsburgh could use the pick on the corner, nose tackle or offensive line, but I think that they will not pass up the chance to grab Alabama linebacker Dont'a Hightower. The Steelers just appear to have the knack of grooming players on the defensive front 7, and Hightower is one of those players whom they like to go after. He is phenomenal against the run and can rush the quarterback in passing downs. The situation fits perfectly for Hightower, since the Steelers just let go of inside linebacker James Farrior, so he would fill a void that needs to be addressed.

The Detroit Lions were set up in 1929 and had success in the NFL for several after they were founded before confronting a long dry spell. Detroit has won four NFL Championships, but haven't won since 1957.. The franchise is one of four teams that have yet to earn a spot in the Super Bowl. The greatest players drafted by the Detroit Lions are Barry Sanders, Joe Schmidt and Lem Barney.

No. 3: Lem Barney, CB, (1967 - 1977)

Lem Barney was selected in the 2nd round of the 1967 NFL Draft and was named Defensive Rookie of the Year. The seven-time Pro Bowler was a remarkable defensive back who picked off 56 passes for 7 touchdowns and 1,077 interception yards. The shutdown corner became the fifth cornerback to be inducted in the Hall-Of-Fame.

No. 2: Joe Schmidt, LB, (1953 - 1965)

Joe Schmidt was selected in the 1953 NFL Draft. In his rookie season, he led the team to its second successive title. Schmidt exhibited acute physical toughness, earning himself 10 Pro Bowl selections and eight All-Pro selections. He went on to help the team to another NFL title in 1957. Schmidt was named Lions Most Valuable Player on 4 occasions. He finished his career with 24 interceptions.

No. 1: Barry Sanders, RB, (1989 - 1998)

Barry Sanders was drafted 3rd overall in the 1989 NFL Draft. He was an exciting player who was respected throughout the NFL and is one of the best running backs in history. Barry Sanders was not only very fast, but just as strong and was incredibly tough to bring down due to his low centre of gravity. The standard player won the Rookie of the Year award, and due to him the franchise made it to the postseason five times during his time at the Lions. He was a 10-time All-Pro and Pro Bowl selection, a four-time rushing champion and the Associated Press NFL MVP in 1997. He ended his career with 15,296 rushing yards, averaging five yards per carry and scoring 109 rushing touchdowns. After each trip to the endzone, he didn't get involved in any excessive celebrations, but merely handed the ball to the referee.

Barry Sanders brought to Detroit organization and its fans something to get excited for in a period that was lacking in success. The Arizona Cardinals are one of the oldest football franchises in The USA, having been founded in 1898. The franchise has won 2 NFL Championships during its time in 3 separatelocations. Aeneas Williams was drafted in the 3rd round of the 1991 NFL Draft. He had a standout rookie season. He tied in for the league lead in interceptions that year. He quickly established himself as a shutdown corner, generally covering the opponent's best wide receiver. He was named All-Pro on 4 occasions and appeared in the Pro Bowl 8 times. Williams is one of the best corners to play in the NFL and ranks at the head of the list as the best defender in Arizona Cardinals history.

No. 2: Ottis Anderson, RB, (1979 - 1986)

In the 1979 NFL Draft, Ottis Anderson was drafted as the No. 8 overall selection. In his very first game he rushed for 193 yards, and he went on to run for 1,605 rushing yards in his rookie season. He was selected the NFL's Offensive Rookie of the Year in 1979. Anderson rushed for over 1,000 yards in five of his first 6 seasons in with the Cardinals. The two-time All-Pro and Pro Bowl selection is the organization's best-ever rushing leader with 7,999 yards.

No. 1: Larry Fitzgerald, WR, (2004 - Present)

Larry Fitzgerald was drafted as the third overall selection in the 2004 NFL Draft. The player, who is at present ranked 4th all time in receiving yards per game, can be considered to be one of the best receivers in the game today. Fitzgerald is believed to have some of the finest hands ever in the NFL. The multi skilled receiver has appeared in six Pro Bowls and has been named All-Pro on four occasions. He was a significant element in the Cardinals reaching Super Bowl XLIII. At the end of the 2011 regular season, his statistics stood at 693 receptions, 9,615 receiving yards and 73 receiving touchdowns.
