This football was brought as a replacement football for this footballWilson Force Junior NFL Football Though the Force Football was $10 cheaper, that football did break quickly. It only lasted for about 5 months. This football has been played with for over a year and so far has no issues (amazingly).
Anyway, as the previous reviewer mentioned, this football does appear to be slightly lighter. The football is JUNIOR SIZE, which is very suitable for people with smaller than average hands or kids ages 9-14. I can get a decent grip on the football but it wears off over time.
Anyway, this football deserves each of the 5 stars given and I would highly recommend it at the price of $25. Seriously folks, there is no point of paying $100 for an OFFICIAL football. My friend had one and he lost his. What a waste of $100.

This junior size ball is well made, and the composite leather material has a great look and feel. The color is light brown, and the laces are black, a different look from the standard regulation NFL football. The photo makes the ball look a lighter shade of brown than it actually is.
If the atypical appearance is not an issue, this is a great ball to either throw or catch. Well-suited for teens, or anyone with smaller hands.
